The word list
The word list is SCOWL, composed for British English. It is not the official word list of any game. A word appearing here is not a ruling that it is playable, and a word missing here is not a ruling that it is not. If a game adjudicates against Collins Scrabble Words or the NASPA word list, that list governs and this one does not.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. The word list is reproduced from a third-party source under its own licence terms and carries the disclaimers those licences state, which are reproduced in full on the word list page.
